Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST (Monday–Sunday) typically ship the same day. All domestic orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail (2–3 business days) or FedEx 2-Day with cold-chain packaging.
Because these are perishable research compounds, we cannot accept returns once an order has shipped. If a vial arrives damaged or with incorrect labeling, please contact support within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund at our discretion.
